Timber importer James Severn UK (JSUK) Ltd, which began business in September 2002, has moved to new offices on the outskirts of Nottingham.

Managing director Jim Severn said the move – which represents a £200,000 investment – is a logical progression of the company’s expansion plans.

JSUK, which in conjunction with its partners has extensive landed stocks of Russian redwood and whitewood stored at the port of Hartlepool, saw a seven fold increase in turnover at the end of its second full trading year to £900,000.

The company’s new address is Old Stable House, 45 Nottingham Road, Stapleford, Nottingham, NG9 8AD.
