Swedish building materials company Jabo Wood Products AB is to acquire a 40% stake in wood producer Euroimp AB.
Jabo, a subsidiary of Rorvik Timber AB, has agreed in principle to build a joint production company with Euroimp, which has a capacity of 150,000m3 per year.
