The merger of Jaakko Pöyry Consulting Oy into its parent company Jaakko Pöyry Group, the global consulting and engineering firm with a forest industry division, has been completed.
The merger, intended to clarify group structure and simplify administration, was registered with the Finnish Trade Register on August 31.
