The new Cake House in St James’s Park, a sustainable self-build project in Cheltenham and three award winning buildings by Michael Hopkins & Partners, will be featured during the Institute of Wood Science conference in Birmingham in September.
Themed “Wood Procurement and Performance”, the conference programme will cover public and private sector procurement, an update on forest product certification, and European codes and standards.
The venue for the event, which is sponsored by the American Hardwood Export Council, Timbmet Group and wood. for good, is the Hyatt Regency Hotel in central Birmingham.
