Polyrey specialises in manufacturing decorative surfaces such as laminate sheets, boards and engineered components. It employs around 750 people in France, Belgium, the UK and Spain.
“Polyrey is a good business and, as part of ITW, will be well-positioned for future success,” said Eric Chartrain, chairman of International Paper.
ITW has around 50,000 employees worldwide, and designs and manufactures fasteners and components, equipment and consumable systems.
