A series of road shows is being held around Ireland this month to promote Woodspec, a guide on wood design and specification.
The 350-page guide, which is also available in CD-ROM format, is the culmination of a four year initiative led by the Wood Marketing Federation.
It has five main sections – design guidance, detailed drawings, sample timber specifications, timber building specifications and reference material.
The next roadshows, which are aimed at specifiers, architects, eingeers and other professional, will take place on May 20 in Cork and May 22 in Dublin. For information contact COFORD on + 353 (0) 1 716 7700.
