IBMG’s HR director, Sarah Campbell was presented with the award for Training Company of the Year while IBMG’s Nathan Arthur, head of mergers and acquisitions at IBMG scooped the runner-up award in the Young Merchant of Year category.
IBMG was lauded for its ongoing commitment to supporting career progression at every level and its learning and development opportunities throughout its 182 branches – extending from Penzance to Margate, East Anglia and north to the Midlands
