Ms Campbell, who is from Lockerbie, joins the engineering firm from The Edinburgh Woollen Mill where she was group health and safety officer.
She attended Glasgow Caledonian University, is NEBOSH General Certified and is working towards the NEBOSH Diploma. Ms Campbell also has technical membership of IOSH.
