Home & Leisure International Ltd has two prestigious business awards.
In the North East Business Awards the hardwood door manufacturing and importing specialist’s new sectional garage doors and matching entrance doors won the Best New Product or Service category.
This qualified the company for entry in the regional final awards where it was voted overall winner.
It also entered the Small Business Award where it achieved runner up.
The company has also been named by Wickes as its ‘Overall Small Supplier of the Year’.
Formed 13 years ago, Home & Leisure International Ltd employs 10 people in the UK and 200 in Malaysia.
Commenting on the latest clutch of awards, operations manager Helen Permain said: ‘It has been a very exciting time for us and our manufacturing colleagues at our factory, Ivory Pearl, in Malaysia.’
