Timber merchant and roof truss manufacturer Harlow Bros Ltd has acquired two additional sites in Nottingham and Leicester.
The expansion, involving locations formerly operating as Target Joinery Centres Ltd, brings Harlow’s branch network in the East Midlands to six.
“Target Joinery, which has been trading for 25 years, has been selling mainly doors, windows, stairs and stairparts, and we plan to introduce more timber products,” said Harlow Bros director Paul Harlow.
All Target management and staff have been retained, with Target managing director Dave Saunders to work on special projects for the group over the coming months and to ensure a smooth integration of the business.
