The four-way 800x600mm pallet with three skid boards was the result of industry calls for a more robust and longer lasting pallet than the existing Düsseldorfer, which was not independently quality assured, the EPAL said.
The new pallet can be exchanged without restrictions as part of the open exchange pallet pool.
