Guildford Timber Frame (GTF) is the latest timber frame manufacturer to go into administration.
Administrators at Wilkins Kennedy have taken over at the Billingshurst-based company.
GTF, started 10 years ago by Developer Milford Homes, is understood to have been suffering financial difficulties for a while, with a corporate voluntary arrangement agreed almost a year ago.
One of the company’s construction concepts was Palafito – a building solution which uses the space above existing ground level car parks in built-up areas to provide affordable housing.
