An east Yorkshire timber company in business for more than 100 years is to close after being hit by the recession and the bad winter weather.
The 13 staff at Greshams Timber in Brough near Hull are now set to lose their jobs with the closure of the company.??
The company, founded in 1894, has been a major importer of timber from Scandinavia and Russia.?? It is scheduled to close on May 4.
