The native hardwood timber industry in New South Wales, Australia, is to receive A$6m in grant assistance.
The joint state and federal government package benefits 13 new projects, creating 85 jobs.
Federal forestry and conservation minister Ian Macdonald said the projects would provide long-term benefits to the industry through higher value-adding and enhanced use of timber resources.
