Grange Fencing has acquired the assets and business of Devon firm Weston Fencing.

The takeover includes Weston’s order book and is part of Grange’s strategy to “add value to our portfolio and overall business”.

Weston has been sold to Grange after its owners took the decision to retire.

“We are very pleased to be acquiring a well known and well respected fence manufacturer that will extend the reach of Grange Fencing in the south-west.” said managing director Duncan Hill.

“We look forward to welcoming new Weston Fencing customers to Grange and we will continue to offer them the excellent service and products our existing customers enjoy.”

It is hoped the transition will be completed by January.
