The MP cut a ribbon to signal a new era at the Thornton Road depot, which has undergone a major investment and upgrading programme.
Improvements include an extended showroom, new equipment, new product lines and services, plus a drive-through system to speed up collection.
Taylor’s serves an expanding multi-cultural cusomer base of builders, joiners and DIY-ers. Large new signage says “Welcome” in 21 languages, including Maori and Hawaiian.
“We got it to show that we cater for the diverse range of customers in Bradford, the printers came up with the sign as they have done similarly for many other companies,” said Charles Taylor, managing director.
