Stora Enso Timber’s two French subsidiaries Stora Enso Timber France and Enso Bois are to be merged.
From January 1 the new company name will be Stora Enso Bois SA. The head office will be at Croissy sur Seine, Paris 78, and the chairman of the board will be Petri Wager, with Mikael Grevesmühl as managing director.
