Cargotec has agreed to transfer its off-road forestry cranes (cranes assembled on forestry machines) business to Finland-based Mesera Salo Oy.
The transfer agreement includes stationary mounted off-road crane models.
Cargotec’s Hiab brand will continue to sell on-road cranes (cranes assembled on trucks) under the Loglift and Jonsered forestry and recycling crane brands.
Mesera has been supplying Cargotec with key components for cranes and, since the beginning of September, assembled off-road and stationary cranes.
