Works of art have been hidden along popular forest trails in Galloway Forest Park to provide a mysterious adventure for tourists and locals.

The art, the result of a three-year partnership between Forestry Commission Scotland and the Dumfries and Galloway Arts Association, includes a 50m-wide labryinth, a series of carved stone heads, an 8m-high spire made of red-earth tiles and a carved granite otter. A newly-published leaflet gives directions and details about the artwork.
