Fletcher Building shareholders have agreed to buy Australia’s decorative laminate and wood panel heavyweight Laminex for NZ$754m.
At a second annual meeting in Auckland, shareholders agreed to the purchase and ratified the placement of 43.7 million shares in September which raised NZ$129m to partly fund the acquisition.
