The implications of European reaction to fire testing and classification will be explained at seminars organised by Chiltern International Fire and BM TRADA Certification this spring.
The two one-day seminars and demonstrations, to be held at the companies’ head office near High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire on March 9 and May 4, follow on from a successful event held in November last year.
They are aimed at the manufacturers, specifiers and regulators of panel products, wall and ceiling systems, coatings and insulation products.
The days will include demonstrations of “single burning item” and “single flame ignitability” tests as well as comparison of British and European test methods, European classification and CE marking.
