Organiser of ‘Timber Fire Doors Explained’ Sam Cann, said: “We have developed an effective mix of technical content and practical demonstration and after each seminar there is clear demand for the next one.
“Some 1,500 delegates have benefited from the training days since we launched them four years ago.”
The ‘explained days’ are aimed at fire door manufacturers, installers, property managers, specifiers and approved inspectors.
Chiltern Fire will explain glazed timber fire door construction, testing and installation; how fire doors are tested; and the design and detailing issues that make the difference between pass and fail.
