Finnforest has won third prize in the Finnish government’s environmental and social responsibility reporting competition.
The company, which was up against 160 other entrants in its category, was given a 30% rating for its annual report, 30% for its annual report and responsibility pages on the internet and 40% for its responsibility report.
The competition is designed to develop the quality and practices of environmental and social responsibility reporting and increase companies’ interest in reporting. It does not actually evaluate environmental and social responsibility work.
