Bio-energy will be a new feature at Wood and Forest 2003 to be held in Finland on September 4-6.
The exhibition, billed as the most important woodworking industry exhibition in the Nordic countries, will include a focus on bio-energy and the international bio-energy conference.
Exhibitors will come from countries including Finland, Sweden, Britain, Canada, Portugal, Russia and China. The woodworking industry has been most active in registration but the take-up from the forestry sector has proved slower.
The show will be held at the Congress and Exhibition Centre, Jyväskylä.
