Eden Frame of Cumbria built the four-bedroom home using Excel Building Solutions’ EVT technology, comprising Masonite Beams, Warmcel 500 insulation and Panelvent sheathing. The conservation area status of the development meant the house design had to be in keeping with neighbouring Victorian homes.
