Rossi American Hardwoods subsidiary Emporium Hardwoods has been awarded a US Export Achievement Award.
The north Pennsylvania company, whose mills are located in the heart of some of the world’s best cherry timberlands, started exporting to European markets 25 years ago.
John Read Junior, vice-president export sales, said: ‘This award underlines our absolute commitment to export markets based on more than one million acres of forest resource to which Rossi has access.’
