The company, the UK partner of Austrian prefabricated speciliast Elk AG, won the Best Pre-Fab House of the Year prize at the Blue Ribbon Awards.
The winning house – Burwood Park House in Walton – took just two weeks to construct. EBS Elk was also shortlisted for the prestigious Construction News Specialist Contractor Awards for its 190-room student housing project in Oxford.
The development was highly commended in the project of the year category. The Oxford development was also shortlisted in the RICS South East awards.
