Family owned and operated DW Nye was established in 1985 and still operates from a six-acre site near Kingsfold, serving customers in Surrey and Sussex. Acquiring TrussTec, trading since 1988, allows the company to expand its product portfolio and access a wider customer base.
“This acquisition will allow us to expand further into the construction market and offer greater access for our clients to building, landscaping and timber solutions,” said Rex Nye, managing director of D.W. Nye.
