A row in the US over glueless flooring products is set to be determined in early March.

The US International Trade Commission has granted two Petitions for Review filed by Berry, Alloc and Valinge and the Commission’s Office of Unfair Import Investigations.

The Commission will examine whether the glueless flooring products of the respondents – Pergo, Unilin, BHK, Meister-Leisten, Akzenta and Roysol – constitute an infringement of Valinge’s patents.

If the Comission finds that imported products are in contravention of Valinge’s US patents, their import will be halted from March 7.
