The rafters span up to 16m and individual sections reach up to 4.2m high. The trusses are fabricated using the Gang-Nail system and have been specified in increasing numbers for commercial and public sector buildings, the company said.
The 34 homes were built for the Abbeyfield Braintree and Bocking Society by SDC Construction, Bedford.
