Morava, based in Unicov in the east of the country, said constant growth in demand has led it to order another production line so it can run tongue and groove and click production simultaneously.

The company’s installed production capacity will increase from 300,000m2 of finished product per year to 850,000m2. The new production line will consist of planers, sanders, optimising saws, a sorting line and a profiler.

Morava chose Homag technology for the profiling operations, with all Unilin L2C click solid oak production running through the machinery in the future.

“With this investment we ensure that we can continue our growth and also secure our track record of on-time deliveries,” Morava said.

“The new production line will be installed by the end of 2014 and production is also expected to start running by then.”
