UK composite decking brand Composite Prime has struck a deal with North American composite decking giant AZEK to bring the latter’s products to the UK market.
Composite Prime, a successful and important player in the UK composite decking market, said the move brought an additional layer of quality product options to its portfolio. Its existing Chinese made products will thus be augmented by products from one of the leading North American WPC composite players, competing against fellow North American brands Trex and Millboard.
Chicago-based AZEK Company, which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange with annual sales revenues of $1.39bn, produces the following brands: AZEK, TimberTech, Ultralox and Struxures.
“The Composite Prime partnership with The AZEK Company marks a new era for outdoor living spaces in the UK,” said said Dom Harrison, managing director of Composite Prime.
“Joining forces with the AZEK Company and TimberTech will enhance our product offering, providing our customers with a broader range of solutions spanning innovative & sustainable technologies delivering superior performance across a wide range of beautiful aesthetics to meet diverse consumer demand.
“These are truly exciting times not only for Composite Prime but for the UK decking market at large.”
“AZEK/Timbertech is thrilled to join forces with Composite Prime, marking a significant step forward in our mission to lead the UK market with high-quality composite decking solutions,” said Robert Di Pangrazio, senior vice president of sales at the AZEK Company.
AZEK will bring a brand-new range of products to the UK market with Composite Prime.
Stock is due to arrive in the UK during July and a product showcase is planned in September.
