Following a surge in garden renovations and home improvements in 2020, Composite Prime has introduced the ‘PRO Installers Network’, a dedicated sales force with the skills to sell and install Composite Prime decking products. The programme is suitable for both self-employed individuals and commercial landscape companies to drive further revenue.

Hosted entirely online, the training programme enables participants to become fully qualified via online video training, exams and one-on-one tuition. Following completion of the application and training elements, applicants can be approved and ready to work within a week.

“There were a few benefits during the height of the pandemic besides being able to stay home and safe with family,” said Charles Taylor, sales director at Composite Prime. “One change that is set to stay is the appreciation and use of outdoor space, particularly the garden. We saw a huge increase in demand for composite decking during the lockdown period.”

Approved installers will act as accredited salesmen and will be promoted on Composite Prime’s website as accredited partners to install Composite Prime decking products for consumers. The Pro Installers will have access to a free design software and the opportunity to sell customers decking by using Composite Prime’s monthly financial payment plan.

“The soft launch of the scheme has been extremely successful and we have had a vast amount of interest that we hope will continue to grow whilst benefiting the economy with new jobs nationwide,” said Mr Taylor.

“We’re urging professionals who may be looking for new sources of income, those who may be out of work or existing landscaping companies who want to expand into offering their customers the very best decking on the market to get in touch and sign up to the programme. It’s really easy to apply, the application can be saved and completed in segments – or completing it in a timely manner could mean applicants are accredited within a week.”
