Chiltern International Fire Ltd (CIFL) has completed an extensive restructuring with the promotion of Vincent Kerrigan to technical manager and Tom Gregory to the new position of operations manager. The roles encompass subsidiary Chiltern Dynamics.
In his enhanced role, Mr Kerrigan will oversee the maintenance and development of the company’s quality management system and all UKAS-related activities, as well as developing new technical areas.
Mr Gregory takes responsibility for streamlining operational systems and procedures, monitoring business performance, costs and procurement, and developing an IT strategy which will grow with the business.
“To fully support our clients we want to achieve optimum efficiency across all areas of the business. The new management structure will allow us to do so, as well as strengthening the support we give our section leaders,” said chief operating officer Jon Osborn.
