Bowater Incorporated has combined the operations of two of its wholly-owned subsidiaries to form Bowater Canadian Forest Products Inc.
The amalgamation, bringing together Bowater Pulp and Paper Canada with Bowater Canadian Forest Products (formerly Alliance Forest Products), is to achieve business and tax efficiencies.
