Power tools specialist Bosch is to launch more than 100 new products on to the UK market, after 36% of its sales in 2007 came through products less than two years old.
This includes broadening its professional power tools range with the GTM 12 Professional combination saw, which offers dual table and mitre saw functionality. Bosch said it delivers a practical solution for installers and joiners, and is suited to both the workshop and construction site.
Launching in September, the GOP 10.8 V-Li Professional multisaw will be the lightest cordless product of its type, according to Bosch, with the company’s lithium-ion battery technology offering 1.3Ah of power from a 1.1kg machine.
The company will also be marketing the GBH 2-23 REA Professional hammer drill, which includes a removable dust extraction unit to provide “dust-free drilling”.
“It is ideal for clean working in finished areas or locations such as computer rooms or hospitals,” said Bosch.
