The Bollor Group has completed the sale of its shipping activities – OTAL, Delmas, Linea-Setramar and a 50% stake in SudCargos to the CMA CGM group.
The group has also bought Delmas’ vessels, containers and headquarters in Le Havre.
Thierry Le Roux, managing director at OTAL, said the move will strengthen the companies, which now rank third in the world.
He said CMA CGM is a major player in the east-west trade routes and the move will provide OTAL with access to the complete portfolio of its services.
Contacts at OTAL, he said, remain unchanged.
