Boise Cascade‘s Simple Framing System has been employed on two neighbouring developments in the village of Snitterfield, Warwickshire.

The system, comprising BCI joists and Versa-Lam beams, was used to create the first and second floors of the £250,000-500,000 properties built by CALA Homes Midlands.

In the case of detached homes, 241mm deep BCI joists accommodated spans of up to 10.1m. Versa-Lam beams were used around stairwells and in beam onto beam situations.
