The Builders Merchants Federation (BMF) and Manchester Open Learning (MOL) are promoting a team building event.
“MasterMerchant” is open to all builders and plumbers merchant companies that have students using the MOL product knowledge distance learning modules – plus all other BMF members and other industries using MOL modules.
Teams of four must complete outdoor and indoor challenges that test their planning, problem solving and communication skills and the organisers say it is an ideal way to build relationships within a branch team or between branches.
