BM TRADA Certification has further expanded its technical support team with the appointment of Tim Hanlon as client manager.
Mr Hanlon, who has a background in structural engineering and building design, joins the company from within the BM TRADA Group.
Qualified in managerial health and safety on site, he also has in-depth experience in IT implementation and maintenance, project management and customer relationship management, all skills which will be invaluable in his new role.
His responsibilities will include company audits as part of the Q-Mark product certification process.
