Darren Kitchin, who has more than 11 years’ experience in the window and door industry, has joined BM TRADA Certification as auditor.
Mr Kitchin was formerly test engineer with Securistyle Ltd and his knowledge of quality control and auditing procedures will be invaluable to the team, as will his skill in developing customer relations.
“With his insight into the day-today running of a test laboratory, the certification of products and their placement on the market, both in Europe and the US, Darren will be an excellent ambassador for the Q-Mark brand. He is joining us at a time when we are expanding our team to ensure best possible service to our client base,” said chief executive officer Jon Osborn.
