Beers Timber & Building Supplies Ltd is to stage its first trade event on January 30.
Meet the Supplier, to be held at the company’s head office in Liverpool, coincides with the first anniversary of Beers’ move to the 30,000ft² Boundary Street premises and is designed to allow suppliers to showcase their goods and services and come face-to-face with customers.
Around 25 companies have already booked a place at the one-day event according to Beers, and director Alan Beer said that it was a “great opportunity” to develop business.
“The event is already creating a lot of interest from our extensive customer base, which includes national contractors, local developers and self builders,” said Mr Beer. “It is a great opportunity for them to meet the leading manufacturers and discusss their projects for 2008.”
Beers’ product portfolio features a range of timber products, including sleepers, fencing, carcassing, redwood and whitewood.
