Barloworld Handling has agreed an exclusive UK supply agreement with Irion sideloaders.
Barloworld will provide nationwide sales and service support for the Irion brand, which is designed for handling long loads, including timber and building products.
Graham Jones, UK sales general manager at Barloworld Handling, said Irion gave the company a wider choice in specific industry sectors.
“To date, Irion has had little exposure in the UK but, with the backing of the Barloworld support infrastructure, it represents an excellent new solution in our portfolio,” he added.
Irion, a division of the Terra group, manufactures the DFQ fixed-wheel range with a lift capacity between four and eight tonnes and lift heights of up to 8m.
