The first event at the company’s Hounslow office saw Mick Hooper of Sika, Martin Pond from K-Grip anti-slip products and Titus Okers of Granwax demonstrate the correct application of their products.
“The idea for the seminars came from Chris Wills, general manager of our London branch,” said David Ellams, Atkinson & Kirby sales and marketing director.
He said that through the seminars, the company is trying to raise awareness of the products it supplies and how they should be used to the best advantage.
“The feedback we have had from the people attending is that they very much approve of what we are doing,” Mr Ellams added.
