Richard Burbidge Ltd has bought Ormskirk-based timber flooring and mouldings manufacturer Atkinson Marketing Ltd and its subsidiary companies, Atkinson & Kirby Ltd and Art Mouldings (Sales) Ltd, for an undisclosed sum.
The £50m turnover Oswestry-based group announced the acquisition of the £9m turnover company this week which will extend its interest in laminate and veneered flooring into the growth areas of engineered and solid wood flooring.
