ATIBT – the Association Technique Internationale des Bois Tropicaux – will hold its two-day international forum in Shanghai on September 22-23 next year.

The theme will centre on the current and future Asian market for wood products and will look at its needs, and supply sources of raw material; the local market and its capacity to export manufactured products; and its sensitivity and demands for legal and sustainable material.

The organisers say the event will give visitors the opportunity to discover China, a determining importer on the world markets and a growing exporter of manufactured products.
