Arch has appointed Dr John Steele to the newly-created position of head of development. Based at the Technical Centre in Castleford, he has overall responsibility for all new product development projects.
Dr Steele has more than 15 years of industry experience with major global chemical companies such as Johnson Matthey, AH Marks and Clariant UK. He has completed a PhD in chemistry from Newcastle University, and is now undertaking an MBA at the Bradford University School of Management.
