A deal involving AS FSS Plywood and AS Forestex in Estonia has been given clearance by the competition authorities.
Stora Enso Timber is selling its holding in the Estonian plywood mill AS FSS Plywood, owned through Stora Enso Timber AS and AS Forestex, to UPM-Kymmene.
At the same time, UPM-Kymmene is selling its holdings in AS Forestex to Stora Enso Timber AS.
