The refining system is to feature a 26in plug screw finder and a 70in refiner and is part of a range of products that Andritz will supply to Duratex.
The Austrian-based machinery manufacturer is also supplying chippers, screens and chip handling and chip washing equipment for the plant in Agudos, Brazil, which is scheduled to open in 2009.
