American Softwoods is planning a further round of one-day decking seminars following a successful series of events so far this year.
Seminars held in Guildford, Cardiff, Norwich and Newcastle-upon-Tyne attracted more than 100 people including timber merchants, builders and landscape designers. Topics included timber species, decking design and the use of treated timber outdoors.
American Softwoods said the seminars, held in co-operation with the Timber Decking Association, were organised against a background of continuing decking growth.
